Westport, Conn -- May 2, 2006 – Senior executives from ESPN, Lime Rock Park, and World Wrestling Entertainment tell it like it is! The panel of three will speak in Westport on June 8th from 6-9pm about sports industry trends, changes, challenges, and careers. Time will be provided for questions and networking. The event is sponsored by Lime Rock Park, and organized by the local WISC Network.

The panel:

Rosa Gatti, ESPN Senior Vice President Corporate Communications and Outreach. Gatti has been part of the ESPN team since its first year of operation in 1980 and has moved up in the ranks from Director of Communications to Senior Vice President. Gatti oversees communications and corporate outreach strategies for ESPN, Inc., which includes 50 business entities, and is the liaison to Disney Communications and Investor Relations.

Maria Jannace, Lime Rock Park Chief Marketing Officer, owner Maxim Creative Group, Maxim Sports Management, creator of the Red Bull Driver Search. Jannace was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Lime Rock Park (in Connecticut) to initiate the Renaissance of this historic racetrack as it enters its 50th anniversary year in 2007. Jannace has worked with a broad scope of clients, with Motorsports being a continual thread in her company’s history -- from managing all of the marketing and advertising for Skip Barber Racing Organization in the early 1990’s to undertaking, initiating and managing the massive program of finding the next American Formula 1 Champion.

Christine Wypy, WWE International Marketing Manager. Wypy began her career with World Wrestling Entertainment 14 years ago in the company’s television production studio. Shortly thereafter, she developed the Fan Services area and then moved onto public relations before taking on International Marketing for WWE. She is responsible for marketing and promoting the WWE brand worldwide.

Ann Karrick, Television and Radio Host/Producer, On-Air Talent, News, with i Independent Television, WEBE108-FM, WICC600-AM, and WFAS FM&AM. Karrick also has an extensive business background, blue chip to dot.com; employers and clients include IBM, AT&T, and Golf Digest. She has experience in marketing, public relations, sports, promotions, organizing, and information technology.
